Tasted a cheese chiffon from a bakery stall couple months ago, and i juts love the taste.So, i search for a reliable recipe from Internet, and i baked one.
This is the first time i bake a chiffon cake. Kept calling my sis as i was afraid that the chiffon cake will not come out beautiful.
And true enough, my 1st chiffon cake was horrible as the egg white fails to be fluffy stiff after whisked!
Anyway, i did the 2nd one on the same day, the result was great.
it was a beautiful and tasty cheese chiffon cake.
my son ate 4 slices of the cake!
